Alignment is not chance—it’s design. We help you make it real.

Hannah Richardson, founder

Alignment Strategies Collective was created with a simple but urgent belief: missions deserve to be lived, not just written. Across schools, nonprofits, and justice-centered organizations, we’ve seen how easy it is for beautiful words about peace, equity, or community to remain on the wall while daily practices drift in another direction. Alignment Strategies Collective exists to bridge that gap. We partner with leaders and teams to turn aspiration into action—ensuring that clarity, courage, and justice are embedded in every decision.

Our work is practical and transformative. You won’t find empty frameworks or corporate jargon here. Instead, we bring tools that feel alive: maps that connect vision to strategy, coaching that cultivates courageous leadership, and processes that design belonging into the fabric of organizational life. Whether you are leading a school, guiding a nonprofit, or shaping a new initiative, Alignment Strategies Collective meets you where you are and equips you to build systems that reflect your deepest values.

Just like the rest of our work, Alignment Strategies Collective is rooted in justice, sustainability, and the belief that peace without belonging is fragile, and purpose without action is powerless. We honor the dignity of the people we serve, and we approach every partnership with transparency and trust. The Alignment Project is more than a consulting practice—it’s a commitment to building cultures, strategies, and futures where alignment is not an accident, but a design. Thanks for being here. We’re honored to walk this path with you.

Alignment Strategies Collective was founded by Hannah Richardson, a nationally recognized leader in education, equity, and organizational strategy. For over two decades, Hannah has worked as a teacher, consultant, coach, and head of school, shaping communities across both public and independent sectors. She is also the founder of Montessori Makers Group, where her frameworks for organizational mapping, belonging by design, and equity-centered leadership have become trusted tools for schools nationwide. With Alignment Strategies Collective, Hannah extends this work beyond Montessori to serve all mission-driven organizations seeking clarity, courage, and change.

Our Mission

Our mission is to align purpose with practice — helping schools, nonprofits, and communities design cultures where equity and belonging thrive. Through systems built on clarity, courage, and justice, we ensure that peace without belonging is never fragile, and purpose without action is never powerless. Alignment is more than strategy; it is a way of leading and living that strengthens people, organizations, and the movements they create together.
